Recent press articles have mentioned suspicions of unethical business
behavior, including excessive gifts and entertainment, by an Imtech
company in Switzerland. Imtech has started an investigation and Imtech
is fully cooperating with the justice department in Switzerland. Imtech
will publish the results of the investigation when they are available.
Imtech strongly rejects any unethical business behavior. The Swiss
Imtech company involved has annual revenue of approximately 25 million
euro and employs 45 people.
