GFI Software kondig een aantal nieuwe updates aan voor het GFI MAX RemoteManagement-platform. Dit platform voor managed services providers (MSP’s) is ontworpen om klantennetwerken eenvoudig te beheren vanaf een desktop of mobiel apparaat. Veel van de nieuwe features zijn geïmplementeerd op basis van feedback, ontvangen via de GFI IdeaFactory. Via deze website kunnen klanten en gebruikers ideeën toevoegen, discussiëren en stemmen op ideeën ter verbetering van GFI-producten. De nieuwe updates zijn onder andere een nieuwe monitoring agent voor OS X, toegang tot de GFI MAX Android app en de implementatie van een nieuwe system tray app.

GFI Software™ announced a number of new updates for the GFI MAX RemoteManagementTM platform for managed services providers (MSPs) designed to make it even easier for them to manage their customers’ networks and increase client satisfaction, from their desktop as well as their mobile devices.
